AIM Mental PerformanceApproach • Integration • Mindset

Train your mind.Trust your preparation.Compete freely.

You know what you want to accomplish. Following through when motivation fades, pressure builds, or things go wrong takes practice. AIM helps you build the focus, routines, and responses to keep moving toward what matters to you.

For athletes, families, teams, business owners, and anyone pursuing a meaningful goal.

Stories, mental skills, and practical actions you can use in competition and everyday life.

Recognition

Does this sound familiar?

  • You start motivated, but struggle to stay consistent.
  • One mistake follows you into the next moment.
  • You prepare, but pressure makes it difficult to trust yourself.
  • Your group has a shared goal, but everyone is pulling in a different direction.

These are the moments we work on through AIM: how you prepare, where you place your attention, and what you do next.

Direction

What we’re working toward.

Skills you build with practice—one action at a time.

  • Follow through

Turn a meaningful goal into manageable daily actions.

  • Respond to setbacks

Practice resetting so you can give your attention to the next task.

  • Move together

Help your group build clear expectations, consistent communication, and shared responsibility.

The AIM System

A system you can practice.

AIM gives structure to the work. We identify what needs attention, choose an action you can practice, and build from there.

01The Arrow FrameworkConnect preparation, mental skills, habits, confidence, and execution.

Every part has a purpose.

An arrow works as a complete system. Your performance does too.

02The Pack MindsetBuild a culture where people understand the goal and their responsibility to one another.

Build a culture that takes on the buffalo together.

A pack of wolves works together to take down a buffalo. Your buffalo might be a great starting pitcher, a difficult lineup, a business goal, or a challenge in life.

The challenge changes. The need for trust, shared standards, and united effort remains.

I practice this, too.

I’m Alex Rojas, a Certified Mental Performance Coach. As a young athlete, I had talent but struggled with consistency and responding to failure. At 21, studying Ken Ravizza’s work while playing at Vincennes University helped me learn to compete one moment at a time.

Today, I bring those lessons, my coaching experience, and what I continue learning as an ultramarathon runner and jiujitsu purple belt into AIM. I’m still working on the same routines, focus, and daily commitments I teach.
